Taking to social media with a joint post, Parineeti and Raghav announced that they are expecting their first baby together, much to the delight of their fans.

On Monday, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha announced the happy news on Instagram with a joint post. The couple shared a photo of a beautifully decorated cake placed on a silver platter against a beige fabric backdrop, accented with delicate white flowers.
The centrepiece of the cake displayed golden imprints of tiny baby feet with the inscription “1 + 1 = 3,” symbolising their growing family. They also included a short clip of themselves walking hand in hand through a park, their backs facing the camera.
The announcement comes soon after Raghav hinted at their family plans while appearing with Parineeti on an episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show earlier this month.
“Our little universe … on its way (evil eye and red heart emojis)… Blessed beyond measure,” they captioned.
Parineeti was left stunned, while Kapil teased further, asking, “Good news aa raha hai kya? Laddu bantne lage kya?” to which Raghav cheekily replied, “Denge (we will give it)… at some point.”
During the conversation, Kapil Sharma shared a light-hearted story about how his mother immediately went into “grandkid mode” after his marriage, urging the couple to start planning early. In response, Raghav surprised everyone by saying, “Denge, aapko denge… good news jaldi denge! (We’ll give you good news soon!).”
