After her relationship with British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson is said to have ended, Sophie Turner has apparently already dated a famous singer. According to the Daily Mail, the actress secretly met with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, who is also said to be single again.

The musician reportedly split from US actress Dakota Johnson in June after nearly eight years together. “This time, it feels final,” an anonymous source told US magazine “People” for a June 4 report. “Their relationship is long over, they just haven’t figured out how to make it official,” an insider also told the “Daily Mail.” Previously, there had been further breakup rumors, even though the two were reportedly engaged.
Sophie Turner and Perry Pearson were a couple for almost two years. Although there had been several reports of breakups and reconciliations over the summer, the final breakup apparently came after a wedding celebration at the end of September. Turner apparently didn’t let the heartbreak get her down for long. She reportedly started dating Chris Martin the very next week.
A 2020 video shows that Sophie Turner is a huge Coldplay fan. In a clip from her then-husband Joe Jonas’s show “Cup of Joe,” he surprised her with a video message from Chris Martin for her birthday. The actress was overwhelmed.
Sitting in a restaurant, Jonas handed her his smartphone, saying, “Someone wants to wish you a happy birthday.” The actor put his hands over his face and squealed excitedly, “This is Chris Martin!” In the message, the singer said, “This is Chris from Coldplay. I wanted to wish you a happy birthday on behalf of myself and the even more handsome members of our band. Sending you all my love and hope you’re having a great time.” Turner was visibly moved and fought back tears. “I’m not going to cry on camera right now,” she said before handing the phone back to Jonas.
Sophie Turner and the Jonas Brothers singer married in 2019 and have two daughters together. In September 2023, they announced their separation after four years of marriage in a joint Instagram post.
