Janhvi Kapoor, along with the team of Homebound, is currently in Toronto for the Toronto International Film Festival. The Neeraj Ghaywan directorial, also starring Ishaan Khatter and Vishal Jethwa, is set to premiere at the prestigious film festival.

For the special occasion, the actress opted for a Resham saree by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, styled in a contemporary way. Instead of draping it traditionally, she put the pallu across her shoulder. Janhvi paired the saree with a deep cut, sleeveless blouse featuring a bold neckline.

Her cousin and stylist, Rhea Kapoor, revealed that the saree takes inspiration from the colours and motifs of jamavar. It was paired with an antique jamavar shawl, detailed with handmade silk Resham tassels.
