Currently seen in Laughter Chefs: Unlimited Entertainment, Reem Shaikh has made headlines for falling victim to online trolls.This transpired after the paps questioning her about the plane crash which took place in Ahemdabad. Reem did not react to the incident which took place and was called out for the same.
According to a report in Free Press Journal, Reem did not react to the issue or make news out of it despite the fact that her sister is a flight attendant with Air India.The publication reported that Reem was on her way to the shoot for Laughter Chefs. At 7:30 am when she arrived on the sets she was asked to speak something on what happened the previous day.For the uninitiated, the incident took place on June 12 and she was questioned early morning on June 13. Reem was quoted as, “It was such a random question. Subah-subah jab aap 7:30 baje uth ke set pe aate ho, ek ghante ke andar tayyar hoke, 4-5 log aapke sir pe ghoom rahe hote hain… your mind is absent.”

DMs mein bhi log peechha nahi chhod rahe the – buri baatein likh rahe the. Main hairaan ho gayi thi. Maine actually trolling kya hoti hai, woh face kiya,”The report stated that Reem felt that just because she did not make a sad face in front of the media doesn’t mean she did not go through a bad phase. After that, if she is called insensitive or many other such terms then so be it.
She expressed in the report, “Because my sister flies for that airline. Jab woh news aayi, media pe spread hone se pehle mujhe 10-12 calls aa chuke the, asking about my sister. What I experienced, they might not even know.”The incident in question is the Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner which was scheduled to depart from Ahmedabad to London had a crash withing two minutes after the take off. Around 200 people died in the tragic accident.
